Great tool

What do you like best? It great to be able to see what guest are saying about how your doing. What do you dislike? There is really nothing that we dislike. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I as the GM am not always there. So this allows me to here what guest are saying daily.

Chatmeter for TWO MEN AND A TRUCK

What do you like best? The ability to see all platforms of reviews right in one place. I really appreciate the ability to filter the reviews to see which ones I have not yet responded to. With managing three different franchises in two different states, this is a HUGE help! Best all in one Review Site

What do you like best? My favorite thing about jap meter is that all of my reviews are in one place. Are used to have to go to multiple different sites but now everything is right there. Great Product!

What do you like best? Easily view and respond to reviews. Lifetime analytics. What do you dislike? I miss the old layout on the review page, data above reviews rather than reviews being on a separate tab. I also wish the ability to choose 'All' on review sources was reinstated. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Missing responding to reviews on less visible sites.

Chatmeter has been very user friendly to show all of our reviews for all of our locations!

What do you like best? The Dashboard is super helpful to see things at a quick glance and to show to leadership. Responding to reviews is easy! What do you dislike? It does take a bit longer to notify us of reviews than the direct sites but that is understandable. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The anonymity of response is great since I am responding on behalf of the company and not for an individual business/facility.

What do you like best? The best feature of Chatmeter is the ability to respond to reviews from a multitude of review sites within the Chatmeter platform. With Chatmeter, there is no need to log into multiple review sites (Google, Facebook, Bing, etc). What do you dislike? There are a few review sites such as Yelp, Apartments.com, etc., that don't currently integrate into Chatmeter, so I feel like this is an area that could be improved.
