What do you like best about Chatlio? It's very simple to setup and get up and running, but provides a large number of configuration options in the background. What do you dislike about Chatlio? "Great for support and gathering user feedback"

What do you like best about Chatlio? Simple slack integration, ability to give customers support, easy to install. What do you dislike about Chatlio? No problems experienced. Does the job we want it to. What problems is Chatlio solving and how is that benefiting you? Chatlio helped us to gather user feedback early on to help us create user guides and how-to content. It also allowed us to provide support to our users.

"Great tool that integrates seamlessly with our product!"

What do you like best about Chatlio? I love home seamlessly Chatlio integrates with our product. I especially enjoy integrating Chatlio with our Product and Slack. Our company utilizes Slack every single minute of the day, and the fact that we have this chat widget integrated with Slack is extremely key for full transparency. What do you dislike about Chatlio? What do you like best about Chatlio? The flexibility and the large number of options to customize it as per our needs. What do you dislike about Chatlio? "Talk to your website visitors right from Slack"

What do you like best about Chatlio? LOVE being able to chat with website visitors right from Slack! What do you dislike about Chatlio? Not a strong, direct integration to Salesforce Recommendations to others considering Chatlio: They have amazing features and benefits and are working on making a stronger integration to Salesforce.
