What do you like best about Chatlio? Chatlio does a great job for lead generation! What do you dislike about Chatlio? Sometimes, the app can be a little glitchy. Recommendations to others considering Chatlio: Do it! What problems is Chatlio solving and how is that benefiting you? We use it on our marketing website for lead generation. "Great chat tool"

What do you like best about Chatlio? We love that Chatlio integrates with Slack. We can help our customers in the same place that we are helping each other, and don't need another app. The ability to select the times we are available and customize the widget very easily means I don't have to bug our developers every time we want to change something. What do you like best about Chatlio? Its easy. The customer doesn't have to enter a lot of information, just click and type. Integrated into slack, our whole team can watch for support questions or customer inquiries. The slack integration makes mobile messaging seamless as well. What do you dislike about Chatlio? We really like that chatlio has the option for triggered responses, but we use slack 100% of the time and the triggered responses can't be sent through slack. What problems is ...

"Great platform, great support"

What do you like best about Chatlio? The widget was super easy to integrate and I appreciated the free month trial. We were also able to hide the widget and use the API to enable live Slack chat on our website with our own custom UI. What do you dislike about Chatlio? Account management is tricky... What do you like best about Chatlio? The integration with slack makes it easy for us to integrate incoming chat messages into our workflow without having to watch another open tab in the browser. What do you dislike about Chatlio? Sometimes it's a bit hard to remember the commands to use in slack. What problems is Chatlio solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Chatlio? Simple slack integration, ability to give customers support, easy to install. What do you dislike about Chatlio? No problems experienced. Does the job we want it to. What problems is Chatlio solving and how is that benefiting you? Chatlio helped us to gather user feedback early on to help us create user guides and how-to content.
