"Chatlio: Just the right amount of customization"

What do you like best about Chatlio? The Slack integration and ability to customize the widget are my two favorite features. What do you dislike about Chatlio? I don't think there are any huge dislikes for me. We've been able to set Chatlio to handle most of our urgent customer service needs. Recommendations to others considering Chatlio: I'm not 100% sure it will work for your CS workflow, but if your team is in Slack all day, definitely give it a try. "Simple and Cost Effective Solution"

What do you like best about Chatlio? The best thing for us is the simple integration with Slack. It allows us to distribute support requests to our entire team without additional overhead. What do you dislike about Chatlio? For our purposes, we haven't encountered any problems. What do you like best about Chatlio? I like that chatlio gives the option for macro like canned responses to be set up. What do you dislike about Chatlio? The only thing that is a bit frustrating (with the slack integration) is that when you archive a customer chat channel it sends a million different notifications. "Very practical Chat-Widget"

What do you like best about Chatlio? The integration with slack makes it easy for us to integrate incoming chat messages into our workflow without having to watch another open tab in the browser. What do you dislike about Chatlio? Sometimes it's a bit hard to remember the commands to use in slack. What problems is Chatlio solving and how is that benefiting you? We try to have a good relationship with our customer which chatlio helps us achieve.

What do you like best about Chatlio? Simple slack integration, ability to give customers support, easy to install. What do you dislike about Chatlio? No problems experienced. Does the job we want it to. What problems is Chatlio solving and how is that benefiting you? Chatlio helped us to gather user feedback early on to help us create user guides and how-to content. It also allowed us to provide support to our users.
