What do you like best about Chatlio? I love how easy it was to integrate with Slack What do you dislike about Chatlio? The only thing that sucks is that it's hard to assign the chats to specific people (they have to watch the open Slack channel and grab conversations from that channel. Lot of people ignore the channel). What problems is Chatlio solving and how is that benefiting you? Trying to have direct customer service / communication with our users to their agents.

"If You Use Slack, Use Chatlio"

What do you like best about Chatlio? Everyone needs live chat on their eCommerce site. Having a separate app for live chat customer support when you already have Slack would be boring. With Chatlio, it's just in Slack. That and the super simple WordPress plug-in that made adding Chatlio to our site almost no work is why I recommend Chatlio strongly if you have a business that runs on Slack, and sells stuff with WordPress site.
