What do you like best about Chatlio? The Slack integration integrates Chatlio to your Customer Success routine super easily (no additional tool). The commands are pretty easy to master, and the single channels created for each conversation makes the access to history for each user super handy for all agents. What do you dislike about Chatlio? "Integrating Chat with Slack: Brilliant!"

What do you like best about Chatlio? All of our Slack users can help field field live chat requests. Since everything runs in Slack, it's one less system that users need to log into. What do you dislike about Chatlio? Not being able to assign offline message requests to users to insure that users are followed up with and don't get overlooked. "It has been quite good, since it is quite easy to use"

What do you like best about Chatlio? Slack integration works quite well. Slack editing means real time update on already sent messages. In general it has been easy to use from both sides of people using Chatlio. What do you dislike about Chatlio? Warning that 2 slack operators have been on the slack chat channel What problems is Chatlio solving and how is that benefiting you? More users have been able to ping us quickly without having to reach us via email.

"A great service with decent options"

What do you like best about Chatlio? We love the integration with Slack - it’s great that everyone in the company can help with customer support. What do you dislike about Chatlio? Lack of CRM integration - we would love to have something that integrated a little better with our customer management - perhaps via Segment. What problems is Chatlio solving and how is that benefiting you? We love the ability for anyone in the business to be able to pitch in with web support.

"A simple and useful live chat tool"

What do you like best about Chatlio? The slack integration is clever and seamless. We use Slack as our main communication tool, so it's very easy to respond to a live chat at any time of the day. It's also very useful being able to schedule our 'active' hours, so that live chat requests aren't started outside of business hours. What do you dislike about Chatlio? "Easy to use Live Chat Tool"

What do you like best about Chatlio? I like the integration it has with Slack - makes it easier to track when someone is actively on the site and wants to chat, rather than having the chat client open all the time. What do you like best about Chatlio? Speed to implement and integration to Slack. What do you dislike about Chatlio? The reporting tools seem unintuitive and under done. Found it hard to get meaningful inhibit quickly. What problems is Chatlio solving and how is that benefiting you? Improved sales and customer support with better visibility across the business.
