"Just What We Needed"

What do you like best about Chatlio? Chatlio was easy to integrate into our system and easy to customise as our needs changed. What do you dislike about Chatlio? I find it awkward that they do not have chat support for their customers. The widget is there on the screen but they are always in "away" mode. What problems is Chatlio solving and how is that benefiting you? We now have direct access to people who are using a platform where we need feedback. It helps them and it helps us.

What do you like best about Chatlio? Super lightweight and easy to set up. Instead of trying to do EVERYTHING like so many chat apps, Chatlio sets out to fulfill a simple promise - sleek customer service chat directly in your Slack channel. What do you like best about Chatlio? The Slack integration and ability to customize the widget are my two favorite features. What do you dislike about Chatlio? I don't think there are any huge dislikes for me. We've been able to set Chatlio to handle most of our urgent customer service needs. Recommendations to others considering Chatlio: I'm not 100% sure it will work for your CS workflow, but if your team is in Slack all day, definitely give it a try. What do you like best about Chatlio? The best thing for us is the simple integration with Slack. It allows us to distribute support requests to our entire team without additional overhead. What do you dislike about Chatlio? For our purposes, we haven't encountered any problems. What do you like best about Chatlio? I like that chatlio gives the option for macro like canned responses to be set up. What do you dislike about Chatlio? The only thing that is a bit frustrating (with the slack integration) is that when you archive a customer chat channel it sends a million different notifications.
