What do you like best about Chatlio? I love how Chatlio integrates with Slack, making it easy to respond to chat requests even when I'm away from my desk. What do you dislike about Chatlio? "Easy to use and efficient"
What do you like best about Chatlio? The commands are straight forward and it's overall very easy to use What do you dislike about Chatlio? There are a lot of modifications that can be made, to personalize it, which is good. But it can be hard to navigate the settings. What problems is Chatlio solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Chatlio? Transcendent enjoys the monthly reporting to see which chats were accomplished and the length of time on each chat. What do you like best about Chatlio? The integration path was straightforward, and the slack integration made it easy to implement in our business. There are two main things we love about Chatlio: 1) The information we can see from clients as soon as they start talking to us in the chat (the location, local time, browser, etc.) 2) The general reports with the number of conversations per agent What do you dislike about Chatlio? "Just What We Needed"
What do you like best about Chatlio? Chatlio was easy to integrate into our system and easy to customise as our needs changed. What do you dislike about Chatlio? I find it awkward that they do not have chat support for their customers. The widget is there on the screen but they are always in "away" mode. What problems is Chatlio solving and how is that benefiting you? We now have direct access to people who are using a platform where we need feedback. It helps them and it helps us.
