"Solid chat software we use with slack. "

What do you like best about Chatlio? The integration with slack is pretty good. We're able to do cool things like tell which customer we're talking to before they even tell us. This is very helpful for pulling up records quickly, and other obvious reasons. What do you dislike about Chatlio? It hasn't really given me much trouble, unlike other software. "Best way to connect with customers"

What do you like best about Chatlio? I love the integration features. Formerly we used Hubspot, and found it was a mess. The ability to handle and share conversations in Slack is amazing, and the reason we switched. It's 100% worth the pain and effort to switch from Hubspot Messenger feature. "It’s fun to help customers with Chatlio"

What do you like best about Chatlio? The Slack integration, saved replies, and a simple scheduling system. What do you dislike about Chatlio? The widget is good, but it’d be great if they offered a pop-out or moveable version. What problems is Chatlio solving and how is that benefiting you? "Reliable and friendly user interface"

What do you like best about Chatlio? Tone that tells me that someone is on-line asking a question, and that goes out to entire sales force. What do you dislike about Chatlio? Sometimes hard to remember which menu item I should click on to monitor incoming on-line questions and then to connect to the caller to reply to them. "Been using it for 10 months. Love it."

What do you like best about Chatlio? It's awesome having customer support right there in slack. Saved replies are super helpful. What do you dislike about Chatlio? I wish I could "/leave" a chat without clearing the chat history in the user's window. Sometimes they haven't responded in a while and I'm sure they just got distracted so I want them to see what I wrote if they come back, but I also want to /leave the chat myself.... What do you like best about Chatlio? The integration path was straightforward, and the slack integration made it easy to implement in our business.
