What do you like best about Chatlio? The commands are straight forward and it's overall very easy to use What do you dislike about Chatlio? There are a lot of modifications that can be made, to personalize it, which is good. But it can be hard to navigate the settings. What problems is Chatlio solving and how is that benefiting you? We are a call center and Chatlio is reducing our call volume by answering simple questions over chat

What do you like best about Chatlio? I like the integration it has with Slack - makes it easier to track when someone is actively on the site and wants to chat, rather than having the chat client open all the time. What do you dislike about Chatlio? Though a different product, the ability to start implementing more Chatbot capabilities - having it be able to take some information beforehand before handing off to a user would be pretty cool - automated chatbots seem to be all the rage ...

What do you like best about Chatlio? Speed to implement and integration to Slack. What do you dislike about Chatlio? The reporting tools seem unintuitive and under done. Found it hard to get meaningful inhibit quickly. What problems is Chatlio solving and how is that benefiting you? Improved sales and customer support with better visibility across the business.

What do you like best about Chatlio? We love the integration with Slack - it’s great that everyone in the company can help with customer support. What do you dislike about Chatlio? Lack of CRM integration - we would love to have something that integrated a little better with our customer management - perhaps via Segment. What problems is Chatlio solving and how is that benefiting you? We love the ability for anyone in the business to be able to pitch in with web support.

What do you like best about Chatlio? The slack integration is clever and seamless. We use Slack as our main communication tool, so it's very easy to respond to a live chat at any time of the day. It's also very useful being able to schedule our 'active' hours, so that live chat requests aren't started outside of business hours. What do you dislike about Chatlio? Chatlio could be more powerful if it were to improve its 'bot' functionality. What problems is Chatlio solving and how is that ...

What do you like best about Chatlio? Transcendent enjoys the monthly reporting to see which chats were accomplished and the length of time on each chat. Reporting is an important indicator of how well our company is performing in terms of customer service and also in our sales department to convert leads and answer questions quickly for new prospects.
