"Super easy app with super customer service"
What do you like best about Chatlio? Our company is 100% virtual, global, and serving thousands of customers worldwide. Before switching to Chatlio we struggled to keep up our high service standards. Since switching to Chatlio about 2 years ago we enjoy user-friendly chatlio. We easily retrieve chat transcripts, and appreciate their very responsive customer service. "Chatilio has been a huge benefit to our business"
What do you like best about Chatlio? Love that we are able to incorporate it with Slack as well as set our own timing and ours. The easy on off feature is great during the busy times. What do you dislike about Chatlio? When yoiu have a lot of chats going on at once it can get a bit clunky What problems is Chatlio solving and how is that benefiting you? Meeting the demands of our customers to have instant access to answering questions.

"Customer Service Made Easier"
What do you like best about Chatlio? Chatlio's easy integration with Slack makes responding to private inquiries an absolute breeze. It's not easy managing communications between the company and a consumer. Often, in the midst of busy workloads and hectic schedules, these communications can be lost to the void. "The bottom line: Chatlio makes us more profitable."
What do you like best about Chatlio? One thing that made Chatlio stand out to us was the direct integration with Slack. Our team was quite frankly annoyed with chat apps requiring them to keep another browser tab or window open and as a result, we always had less agents available than we should. "Very usefull"
What do you like best about Chatlio? We do really like the setup process with Slack that is very fast. Also the customisation of the widget is nice. The people are happy to get fast help when they need it. What do you dislike about Chatlio? What do you like best about Chatlio? LOVE being able to chat with website visitors right from Slack! What do you dislike about Chatlio? "Love the Chatlio-Slack Integration!"
What do you like best about Chatlio? By far the best feature IMO is the integration with Slack. I'm always on Slack and get notifications on desktop, mobile, and my Apple watch, so I never miss an opportunity or question that comes across our website. In addition, they have a bunch of different pricing platforms and so the price is right for our small business. The conversations are archived and we can access anytime for reference.
