It's a little tough to find the settings you're looking for sometimes because there are so many of them, but that's a good problem to have! What do you like best about Chatlio? All of our Slack users can help field field live chat requests. Since everything runs in Slack, it's one less system that users need to log into. What do you dislike about Chatlio? Not being able to assign offline message requests to users to insure that users are followed up with and don't get overlooked. "It has been quite good, since it is quite easy to use"

What do you like best about Chatlio? Slack integration works quite well. Slack editing means real time update on already sent messages. In general it has been easy to use from both sides of people using Chatlio. What do you dislike about Chatlio? Warning that 2 slack operators have been on the slack chat channel What problems is Chatlio solving and how is that benefiting you? More users have been able to ping us quickly without having to reach us via email.
