What do you like best about Chatlio? The integration with slack is pretty good. We're able to do cool things like tell which customer we're talking to before they even tell us. This is very helpful for pulling up records quickly, and other obvious reasons. What do you dislike about Chatlio? It hasn't really given me much trouble, unlike other software. What do you like best about Chatlio? I love the integration features. Formerly we used Hubspot, and found it was a mess. The ability to handle and share conversations in Slack is amazing, and the reason we switched. It's 100% worth the pain and effort to switch from Hubspot Messenger feature.
