What do you like best about Chatlio? When I discovered Chatlio almost 3 years ago, it was a game-changer for me. I hated to have to install "another" third-party software or web-based application to run my LiveChat. But with Chatlio, I was able to onboard my team of 10 support agents that were already on Slack in less than 10 minutes. What do you like best about Chatlio? By far the best feature IMO is the integration with Slack. I'm always on Slack and get notifications on desktop, mobile, and my Apple watch, so I never miss an opportunity or question that comes across our website.
