Fantastic Software and Only Getting Better

What do you like best? Incredibly intuitive design and feature set What do you dislike? We had difficulty without Trinet account, though this was not due to Charthops product, but our own setup. Recommendations to others considering the product: If you are starting an organization, now is the time to implement Charthop. It will only get better over time, plus, you can start using the Scenario planner and build it into your organizations budget process. What problems are ...

Charthop is breathing life into an aging tech sector

What do you like best? Charthop is a smart and nimble platform for making all of your "people" data presentable and actionable. It has features that serve everyone (like the Dashboard for work anniversaries and open roles) while also being powerful for frequent users (recruiting, HR, finance, leadership). I love that it integrates with our applicant tracking and payroll systems. The support team at Charthop is also engaged and cares about helping us make the most of the platform. What ...

Build a data-driven HR team with minimal effort

What do you like best? ChartHop has helped me avoid hiring additional HR staff prematurely by enhancing our ability to understand our company. It immediately identified inefficiencies in our organizational structure and programmatically exposes data that makes evaluating its continued performance simple. I get more mileage out of our existing HR efforts by using ChartHop. What do you dislike? ChartHop requires investment to understand the user interface. Power users will achieve ...

Must have tool for the progressive People pro

What do you like best? How easily I can navigate employee data. What do you dislike? I don't like the occasional data transfer errors. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Organizing and analyzing my People data in a fast-growth environment. Charthop allows me to do this with ease, and they are constantly evolving to build features that help me be more effective in my job.

VP Product Strategy

What do you like best? As a non-HR professional, but as an operational leader who is deeply involved in team and org planning, I really loved how accessible and seamless ChartHop makes all things related to people and org management. I was able to visualize my org chart in multiple different scenarios, streamline growth plans, and cut down my planning time by hours upon hours. What do you dislike? No big criticisms-- all of the parts of the platform that weren't immediately ...

Great Software with and even better team

What do you like best? I love how customizable ChartHop is. I have yet to run across an idea that the team at ChartHop wasn't able to help me implement. What do you dislike? So far I do not have any dislikes. I will say it took me a bit to figure out how the formulas work when creating graphs but once I understood it I can make graphs in little to no time! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? ChartHop is allowing the HR department to ...

Great product, great team!

What do you like best? Reporting and customization. We have the ability to build out a tool that works for our unique org structure. What do you dislike? With all of the customization can come a long list of "custom fields" Recommendations to others considering the product: Give it a try, we were allowed a pilot account to test the tool before committing. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We have a matrix org and could not ...

Instrumental to our day-to-day

What do you like best? Super intuitive and flexible platform with many integrations and features that allows us to consolidate spreadsheets and sensitive people data into one place. Scenario planning and visualizations helps convert data into actionable insights and business decisions. We really like how fast the platform is evolving and excited to see ChartHop grow its offering into adjacent HR categories- hopefully we can consolidate all the tools we use over time! What do you ...

A smart organizational management platform that makes my job that much easier!

What do you like best? ChartHop produces clean, customizable organizational charts with a click of a button. The system can integrate data into data sheets that have smart field calculations and stores multiple versions of spreadsheets in one system. Its compensation system eliminates the need for us to facilitate the creation of compensation spreadsheets and micromanage their completion. What do you dislike? I dislike that it is too accessible with certain data (like ...

ChartHop makes HRIS data useful via org charts, planning, & integrations

What do you like best? Ease of use. ChartHop is very intuitive, and has a very responsive UI. It very clearly shows organizational data in a way that's easy to understand. We use ADP WorkForce now which is the opposite in nearly every way, but those pains are mostly solved because it flows into ChartHop and is visualized easily. Their support is great too—I have emailed Ian, ChartHop's creator multiple times for help & he's responded quickly with what I needed. They have a support team ...
