For an EHR company, they are good. If I could put 3.5 stars I would but that's about the highest I'd give to any EHR company I've ever worked with. All the basic functions work well. There are no major problems with telehealth visits, scheduling, or practice management. Their intake software is not great (glitchy and poor UX/UI) but we switched to another intake software and that works well. What do you like best about ChARM Health? I like that we were able to have both client and clinician portals. It was a one stop shop for us to store client information, write client encounter notes, and communicate via messaging.
