Makes renewals easy!

What do you like best? I like how easy it is that our clients are automatically charged and that it keeps everything up to date! What do you dislike? Sometimes the billing statements do not update as quickly as I need them to (to be downloaded to PDF) What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Chargify has helped us keep our billing subscriptions intact and keeps track of how much revenue each client has paid us.

Easy to Navigate

What do you like best? I can use the search to find records by name Once I'm in the record, I'm able to review the customer's entire billing history. What do you dislike? When I first log in, the main page isn't very intuitive. We have access to billing for 2 different groups, yet we have to access each group separately. What do you like best? The system is intuitive and best of all is their top tier customer care. What do you dislike? Having the ability to easily create custom reports would help our company. What do you like best? Chargify is incredibly intuitive and easy to use. A brief demo from a co-worker had me set-up and using Chargify efficiently in less than day.
