Great tool for managing multi domain input

What do you like best? I like how easy to use & intuitive the tool is to use. I never got any training on the tool, yet I am able to use it with no problem. What do you dislike? We have 2 domains running at the moment & sometimes I have to search both for a client. The search only works in the domain you are in. Not a big deal though. What do you like best? Chargify has been a very easy solution to implement for our SAAS billing, and continues to work to improve their product. Support is always accessible. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Easy to navigate platform with a plethora of options to integrate into your billing system. What do you dislike? The search functionality is difficult to navigate, and it can be cumbersome to find a customer. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Automated billing via credit card. Automated emails remind customers when their credit card needs to be updated.

Flexible to the max

What do you like best? Chargify is a good fit for Flowplayer's needs. We have subscription billing in our OVP (online video platform) with metered streaming and encoding components --- all this can be automated with Chargify. What do you like best? Chargify takes the headache out of managing your recurring revenue subscribers. The UI is super easy-to-use, very flexible and great API capabilities to work seamlessly with your business process. The dunning options work great and very customizable, which help recover revenue automatically. My experience with Chargify

What do you like best? This is an easy and simple tool to track your customer's payment information and it integrates well with a lot of other tools (such as Chartmogul). Easy UI to understand your customer's payment history at a glance. What do you dislike? Would be nice to also have a deeper analysis of payments (MRR graphs of different cohorts/subscription plans and trends over time) - we use Chartmogul for this instead.
