Chargify is a stable tool that's great at what it does

What do you like best? What's not to like about Chargify? They have a reliable app that I simply haven't had an issue ever with loading or using. I've never seen the app crash or any significant speed decreases. I also like being able to select custom activity feeds for my Dashboard so I can see the information I need when I need it. What do you like best? A Flexible billing gateway, its integration with Zapier and other major e-commerce websites solved many of our billing problems. Fantastically reliable; ideal feature set

What do you like best? Chargify has clearly listened to its customers. They don't offer every conceivable bell and whistle - just the stuff that matters. Beyond that, they clearly focus on reliability. We have never once in two years experienced an outage or even an error with their service. What do you like best? Chargify make us east to navigate, switch products, and adding new subscriptions. I appreciate Chargifys constant reminder to my customers informing them of there payment processing date. What do you dislike? I dislike the search criteria. I can only search my client via there name. I'd prefer to be able to choose between Email and Name. Alot of my client have the same full name and its difficult to dis-cipher who is who. Excellent tool for anyone wanting to sell their license or usage based product

What do you like best? It allows us to automate the sign-up process without the need to deal with PCI. The webhooks and other integration features have allowed us to auto-provision, activate and deactivate based on messages, in real-time. They're consistent and reliable, which is an absolute must for everyone. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Chargify is constantly trying to improve it's platform for end users. It listens to us and implements our ideas and suggestions. What do you dislike? If I have a subscriber who drops from my program due to an expired credit card, the subscriber cannot reactivate their own account. I have to do it for them.
