Great management system with room for improvement
What do you like best? The dashboard for analytic purposes allows us better view at the money coming in. What do you dislike? The API docs could be more clear to make it easier to integrate Recommendations to others considering the product: Review docs carefully What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Subscription management is much easier with this than with stripe alone

Powerful tool not completely user friendly
What do you like best? The ability to use it to deploy multiple selling strategies and product offers. What do you dislike? Filters and search field are unfriendly to users. We have over 15 pages of products but cannot search them out. Instead, we have to click through pages to find the product we are looking for. Good subscription processing and metrics
What do you like best? Chargify has made it simple to create and manage user subscriptions for our subscription-based product. The subscription API is well-documented and sensible, and other features such as subscription event webhooks are also useful. What do you dislike? The only issue I ran into is that credit card objects must have the cardholder's first and last names as distinct, required fields, while our systems only use a single field for the cardholder's full name. Great Product
What do you like best? Chargify is flexible enough to accommodate all kinds of different scenarios. What do you dislike? The fact that you get logged out of the admin once you look into a public signup page. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The ability to have Chargify for all our subscriptions management needs was something we didn't expect.

Has a flexible service offering and removes the headache of subscription management
What do you like best? I love the ability to easily create and launch products and coupons quickly, as well as the ability to have a completely hands-off referral rewards program. What do you dislike? I don't like how my customers cannot update their card information and their product at the same time.
