What do you like best? Chargify has the full set of features for billing our low cost SaaS product and handles any pricing model or packaging we can imagine. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Works really well - we've never had an issue with our billings. Customer service is pretty on point and helpful What do you dislike? Chargify hiked up the cost of their service exponentially without grandfathering in their current clients - or giving adequate notice. Chargify API and Web Interface

What do you like best? I like the fact that Chargify has a nice easy-to-use Web Interface for setting up products and customer information. What do you dislike? There is 1) no easy way to search or filter through products. We have quite a few products and it is very cumbersome to scroll down every time we are looking for a product. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We take care of our billing and invoicing needs.

Weak reporting, and unreasonable pricing model

What do you like best? Easy to set up and use to manage subscriptions. Easily connects to stripe. What do you dislike? Pricing as a percentage of the transaction value is asinine. You are not a payment gateway or processor, simply a software that connects to those, and does subscription management. A flat monthly fee (your old pricing model) make more sense for the value you deliver. Reporting is also weak, and doesnt give me easy controls to slice the data how I wish. ...

What do you like best? The user experience from the administrators end is very simple to navigate. LOVE Chargify - so much better than 1SC

What do you like best? The interface is intuitive - finally can find everything I am looking for What do you dislike? The dunning process is a bit unclear at times What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Good product, a little fussy though

What do you like best? Handles the billing portion flawlessly, I really trust it. What do you dislike? Reporting is a little lacking, as are options on the checkout pages. There are also odd things in the subscription management like, for example, a customer with a pending cancellation will still get an email reminding them to update their credit card. Folks don't like it when they request to cancel a service and then get an email indicating that they might be billed again. ...
