Chargify is a good tool for Subscriptions and Revenue tracking

What do you like best? The API is excellent. You can achieve just about anything you set out to do by using the options that exist therein. Also, I recently had a support interaction in which they identified a bug and promptly resolved it, so support is a plus. What do you dislike? The interface. A learning experience with a few bumps, but seeing some improvements.

What do you like best? Tech support is very prompt, polite and helpful. Chargify has added features that we require for our business model. What do you dislike? Being a subscription based business, we have some subscribers that go into a cancellation mode for lack of payment semi frequently and we don't have a natural way to extend the deadline for a period to avoid the cancellation. Complex, Functional, could be a little better connected.
