What do you like best about Channeltivity? The ability to customize the interface and platform to resemble the overview that we want for the customer experience and journey What do you dislike about Channeltivity? Tutorial guides such as videos or a brochure would be of assistance when one gets stuck What problems is Channeltivity solving and how is that benefiting you? It aids in connecting us with our partners by creating a one-stop shop for them which is inclusive of all their needs.

"Delighting the customer!"
What do you like best about Channeltivity? Channeltivity are always super quick with their response times and happy to jump on to calls to explain further should this be needed. What do you like best about Channeltivity? Channeltivity is so easy to use, I litereally was able to build a Channel Portal by myself in less than 1 week. We have been using Channeltivity for almost 3 years, have over 400 users and have not had 1 single question on how to use the platform in that time. Our Channle Partners can easily go in register deals, take online training and get access to our Sales Materials. What do you dislike about Channeltivity? I really have not found much to ...

"Virtru - New partner program with Channeltivity Partner Portal"
What do you like best about Channeltivity? The channeltivity PRM was very easy to implement, design and activate, and within less than a month we had over 80 partners using the portal and started receiving deal registrations as part of that process. With unlimited user licences we have now rolled this portal out to our US, EMEA and APAC partners and we will be building the Learning Management System over the coming weeks. "Channeltivity helped us to offer a first-class experience to our MDF program."
What do you like best about Channeltivity? Easy, intuitive and scalable to a large partner ecossystem. What do you dislike about Channeltivity? Standard fields and exportable reports aren't editable. What problems is Channeltivity solving and how is that benefiting you? Seamless and organized MDF program. All MDF requests are easily assigned to other people and the Automated email notifications and reminders ensure everyone is kept in the loop.

What do you like best about Channeltivity? Channeltivity really thinks through the eyes of the manufacturer when approaching PRM needs. The features and technical ability makes it easy to work within the product. What do you dislike about Channeltivity? I would like to see more automation workflows with other products like HubSpot and Netsuite. We often find ourselves doubling up some work.
