First of all, there are report enhancements I would like to see - as each of us have report requirements. There are other enhancements we can work on but those fall after the reporting challenges. "Great PRM and Service"

What do you like best about Channeltivity? Since it is cloud-based, Channeltivity is up and running the day you sign the contract. You simply have to populate with contacts, resources, permissions, etc. What do you dislike about Channeltivity? Because it SaaS, custom changes cannot be made unless it is good for their entire customer base. However, this is not caused much problem for us. The changes are more "nice to have" than "must have." What do you like best about Channeltivity? This product has robust features and is very easy to update content in. One of my favorite features has to be that I can include 3rd party applications inside of the platform which makes this platform the only product my partners have to go to.
