What do you like best about Channel Talk? The interface is user-friendly and super easy to navigate, especially managing customer interactions from various channels all in one place. "A rare all-in-one business messenger/CRM that delivers on it's promise"

What do you like best about Channel Talk? I use Channel.io on a daily basis, bot has an internal team chat, but also to handle customer inquiries. I use it on my computer, have it on my phone, and it works exactly as advertised. Having used slack and other live chat services, not only does channel.io accomplish the same tasks - but looks and feels modern yet lightweight.

"Surprisingly simple and intuitive to use"

What do you like best about Channel Talk? Channel.io made communication simple and streamlined. I needed a way to handle customer inquiries while I was away, while also being able to focus my time on important customers and questions. Channel.io helped me do this without feeling overly burdened. I used this in the previous company and it was amazing. I wish my new company also used this.
