What do you like best about Planview ChangePoint? It is modern and use friendly. It helped us keep track of how we allocated time and expenses to each customer. The forecaster tool was awesome. "Awful UX"

What do you like best? Not much - this is a poor quality tool for a modern business What do you dislike? Drop down interface is not intuitive, and the expense reporting has way too many steps and fails often. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Time tracking for a consultancy and expense reporting. We are actively looking for something else.

What do you like best about Planview ChangePoint? Not much, but we needed an integrated project financials and timecard/ expense system a long time ago. We're now replacing it. What do you dislike about Planview ChangePoint? Lacks resource management capabilities to match supply (consultants) to demand (opportunities). Mobile is a nasty experience in our implementation. What do you like best about Planview ChangePoint? Changepoint is feature rich and covers the core requirements of a Professional Services firm. It's all there, somewhere, and once you learn the product its more than capable. If your looking to cover all the bases Changepoint will do that for you.
