Simple and elegant tool for enabling users!

What do you like best? Chameleon allows our Product Team to deploy in-app tours within a matter of minutes. The tool is extremely easy to use, super customizable, and has tons of great out-of-the-box features. Highly recommend Chameleon as a lightweight yet robust tool for enabling and engaging users. What do you dislike? I wish that there were MORE customization options. Sometimes I want to add a condition for displaying a step, but I'm not sure how to accomplish that using ...

It provides a lot of features and options, to help with better adoption.

What do you like best? Tour functionality - especially when we are rolling out to new User groups. What do you dislike? The editor is not user-friendly. It does take a lot of time to familiarize with buttons to get the Recommendations to others considering the product: It is great tool with rich feature set, providing solution to almost all needs. As a solution designer, you should definitely have a demo or trial to envision the possibilities. What problems are you solving ...

A must for any SaaS platform

What do you like best? The flow and ease of use planting tool-tips and creating launchers for in-product instruction. The thought behind the workflow and precision of placement of help items when needed. What do you dislike? I still consider myself a new user, but I was able to dig in pretty easily. There's not much I dislike yet however after initial use, I'd like more design control over the elements that I am planting on screen. Recommendations to others considering the product: ...

Really great product, we wouldn't be without it!

What do you like best? We have been using Chameleon for at least 18 months now and it is brilliant. As a product, the feature set has be made easier to use (while also building out greater flexibility) so I'm always able to achieve what I want without having to ask our developers to do things for me. With its integration with Segment I'm easily able to hook into our in-app events then run tours and segment our customer base with that data so I can accurately target our users with the ...

Chameleon onboarding for scale-up

What do you like best? Good service and very good product. Checklists and ability to target specific groups of users are for me the reason to choose for Chameleon, together with the pricing, as for most onboarding software you need the supercoorporate plan to be able to do this. What do you dislike? I am just using Chameleon for a couple of weeks, so far now dislikes. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Onboarding

Helpful to provide new updates to customers

What do you like best? The software is easy to use and I like not having to pull developers off projects to add training tours or updates. What do you dislike? Need the option to build tours on mobile Recommendations to others considering the product: Watch their training videos, it should be pretty easy to use after that. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Improved the ability to notify customers of new features.

It's been good. Affordable and feature-rich.

What do you like best? The direct browser integration and GUI makes it easy for those outside the tech team to configure it. What do you dislike? None really, its an effective way to train users. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We're trying to simultaneously educate our users about our product, and provide walk-throughs that eliminate the need for us to train them in person. It saves us time and improves the user experience.

So Far, So Good.

What do you like best? It's much easier to reach customers when they are logged in to our platform and engaged than it is through email. Tracking those metrics has been very valuable. What do you dislike? The interface is a tad clumsy and could be streamlined. Some of the functionality we want isn't there. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Customers get far too many emails these days. We are using Chameleon to approach them in a new ...
