Great Onboarding Tool

What do you like best? It's relatively easy to design on-screen help that matches the look and feel of our existing app. The various triggers and available elements offer a lot of control over experiences and make it much easier to provide contextual help without having to take users to a separate support center. Great tool for Customer Engagement and Education

What do you like best? The ease of use hen setting up an in-app virtual walkthrough of new product features. Setting up an in-app tutorial or feature announcement is clean and easy. What do you like best? Chameleon allowed us to hit our goal of providing self-service onboarding and support options in under two weeks from purchase to full implementation. What do you dislike? The UI can be a little finicky, but I have gotten fast responses and action on any problems reported. It's been good. Affordable and feature-rich.

What do you like best? The direct browser integration and GUI makes it easy for those outside the tech team to configure it. What do you dislike? None really, its an effective way to train users. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We're trying to simultaneously educate our users about our product, and provide walk-throughs that eliminate the need for us to train them in person. It saves us time and improves the user experience.

Includin Chameleon in a React app

What do you like best? As a developer, it was easy to include in the project, did not have any issue. What do you dislike? I believe it could work from other platforms instead of a browser extension. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It's an old application, and we are adding functionality to something without adding any code.

Powerful and convenient tool

What do you like best? Very little need for engineering support. What do you dislike? No sub-folders for experiences make it difficult to keep an overview. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Our users sometimes need to be informed very fast (e.g. important feature not working). Chameleon helps me do that.

What do you like best? Chameleon is quick to install, easy of use and their support is great if issues arise. They also are keen on improving the product and gathering feedback from their users. What do you like best? GUI overlay editor is very good and intuitive. Certainly helps do things in a very short time. What do you dislike? JS API and the way to start a tour that way. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Onboarding our 2 separate segments of users certainly made it a lot less frictionless with Chameleon.
