Chameleon is a great platform for keeping your users engage!

What do you like best? The team behind Chameleon is SUPER helpful. Beyond that, the product has a great UX for our clients, keeping them engaged. What do you dislike? It can be a little challenging to get up and running, but thankfully the team behind it is great at helping. Recommendations to others considering the product: Stick with it. Once you get used to it things speed up. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We're using ...

Terrific tool to launch and communicate new features

What do you like best? Requires no-to-low code skills. Product teams can can bolster new feature releases with a wide range of in-product communications, all without engineering support. I like that I can get very targeted with who sees and uses the tours/launchers/tool tips. What do you dislike? The UX isn't the smoothest. It gets the job done. I had some issues early on where Chmln was causing my browser to crash on my local machine, but the support team was pretty fantastic with ...

Continually evolving software supported by a fabulous team

What do you like best? The user interface makes it easy to self learn. Their support team is fabulous and they seem to be always rolling out feature updates. Their pricing is also reasonable, making it a much more viable option for smaller/early stage software companies. What do you dislike? Analytics is not as comprehensive as other products. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I am able to design guided tours that help users have an ...

Great tool with even better support

What do you like best? Our favorite thing about Chameleon so far is the support. It seems that Pulkit and the team care about their customers, even on the lower-level plans. They do a lot to help you find early success. What do you dislike? We researched a dozen tools for our new product onboarding experience and ended up going with Chameleon. In our research, we felt that Chameleon had a slightly less intuitive builder interface than its closest competitor. That being said, it hasn't ...

Simple. Powerful. Necessary.

What do you like best? The ease of use is excellent. The configurability, out of the box, is also equally amazing. You can match it to your brand, almost to a T. What do you dislike? The only thing that isn't as powerful is the reporting and metrics side. There have been significant improvements so Chameleon is making the right strides in this direction. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Product tours and education of customers.

Great Tool

What do you like best? The ease of access, wide capabilities combined with 24x7 tech support to guide us makes it an amazing tool. What do you dislike? Nothing as such as of now! Love it completely! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? When marketing team needs to promote something on the website and to the targetted audience. They don't need to wait for the product team to deploy. Also creating guided tours for the new audience etc.

Top Notch Client Experience and Product

What do you like best? The tool is incredibly intuitive, new features are rolled out regularly, and the level of client support I've experience with Chameleon is unlike any other company. They are responsive, proactive and genuinely care about their community. I cannot recommend this company enough. What do you dislike? Occasionally you are locked into a specific experience or need assistance doing some more custom things, but again they are always available to help and do so in a ...

Awesome service, awesome team, awesome results

What do you like best? Super intuitive - even for an idiot like me. What do you dislike? I find the process of editing specific steps to be a little clunky. Recommendations to others considering the product: Utilize their free trial! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Our onboarding process was done almost solely with our sales team. Now the basics are being taught without the hand holding.

Best On-boarding tool I've used. Period.

What do you like best? Ease of use. Fantastic price. I have used this product to onboard everyone from machine vision scientists to construction schedulers into various applications. It offers the abstraction between developers and products. Fantastic documentation, continuous improvement and new feature delivery. Lastly, the team that handles support and best practices is accessible and easy to work with. What do you dislike? Literally nothing. It is a fantastic approach and tool. ...
