Great Product

What do you like best? Super helpful when working with multiple remote team members. What do you dislike? Better UI for new users. It currently looks clunky. It was a bit difficult for us to understand at the beginning because none of us had ever worked with the product before. Recommendations to others considering the product: Make sure someone has used it before or is willing to put in the effort to learn a new product and train other users before scaling to larger teams. ...

Still some way to a full product but not bad for a start

What do you like best? How its editor integrates into a page, does not need additional installation. What do you dislike? But having editor as integrated part of the page you are building on might causing the service to be slow. Recommendations to others considering the product: If you are looking for a more affordable basic solution then this is a good call, but if you really need something more capable there are other solutions out there (with a price). What problems are ...

Chameleon for user guidance users

What do you like best? No need of intensive coding and testing is required to use chameleon, instead using tooltips and embedding them in your products old way. Like the way chameleon works without need of intensive coding. What do you dislike? Certain type of media I was looking to embed in my guidance was not supported. it was a raw video file and big in size so probably that's the reason, but nevertheless I had to compress it to make it work. Recommendations to others ...

A great value tool for improving our onboarding

What do you like best? Chameleon offers a great way for us to onboard users to our SAAS tool which while there are others in the market, they really are out of the price point for a startup to use What do you dislike? Flexibility can sometimes we a challenge - we are using it across multiple different clients with slightly different requirements and some features and changes are unable to be scaled across our instances What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits ...

Simple. Powerful. Necessary.

What do you like best? The ease of use is excellent. The configurability, out of the box, is also equally amazing. You can match it to your brand, almost to a T. What do you dislike? The only thing that isn't as powerful is the reporting and metrics side. There have been significant improvements so Chameleon is making the right strides in this direction. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Product tours and education of customers.

Wonderful Customer Support and Great Product!

What do you like best? The in-product tours and widgets are relatively easy to use and are very well-designed. The team is always available to answer questions and listen when we have pain points. What do you dislike? At times, we have issues with functionality and getting things to behave the way we want. Recommendations to others considering the product: Take advantage of communication with support. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you ...

Solid popups/tooltips

What do you like best? The builder is fast, intuitive, and bug-free. This is huge coming from other onboarding flow builders (like Appcues) where the builder is riddled with bugs, and often a struggle to make it do what you want it to do. Chameleon is a joy to use. What do you dislike? Not as full-featured as other tools, but I'd prefer a simple, solid tool that works well to a bloated tool with too many features that doesn't work properly. What problems are you solving with the ...

Great Tool

What do you like best? The ease of access, wide capabilities combined with 24x7 tech support to guide us makes it an amazing tool. What do you dislike? Nothing as such as of now! Love it completely! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? When marketing team needs to promote something on the website and to the targetted audience. They don't need to wait for the product team to deploy. Also creating guided tours for the new audience etc.

Top Notch Client Experience and Product

What do you like best? The tool is incredibly intuitive, new features are rolled out regularly, and the level of client support I've experience with Chameleon is unlike any other company. They are responsive, proactive and genuinely care about their community. I cannot recommend this company enough. What do you dislike? Occasionally you are locked into a specific experience or need assistance doing some more custom things, but again they are always available to help and do so in a ...

Awesome service, awesome team, awesome results

What do you like best? Super intuitive - even for an idiot like me. What do you dislike? I find the process of editing specific steps to be a little clunky. Recommendations to others considering the product: Utilize their free trial! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Our onboarding process was done almost solely with our sales team. Now the basics are being taught without the hand holding.
