Certify - Managing Expenses without all the Tape
What do you like best? I remember the days of taping all my receipts to 8 1/2 x 11 sheets of paper. Creatively organizing to get them onto the smallest number of pages possible. Then, dropping them in an interoffice envelope and sending them on their way... Only to get back days later a list of questions... to which I now had to search for the photo copy of the receipts I had submitted. I lived through various forms of this at different companies. Simple and Easy - Great software
What do you like best? I like that certify provides all the various categories for you and if you are doing mileage, shows a map of your trip. There is a drop down menu to select the category with a small explanation in case you are unsure. You can also copy an expense. For example, I had a weekly meeting I went to. I was able to copy it and change the date instead of having to create an entirely new entry. It made doing my expense report quicker and a little easier. You can view ...

What do you like best? Very easy to use from an employees POV. Reimbursement process is easy and straight forward What do you dislike? Good...very good. Not perfect.
What do you like best? Really easy to upload receipts and invoices and very straightforward workflow both to submit and approve expense reports. What do you dislike? Nothing glaring, but i wish there we’re better notifications, some way to control frequency for approvals, and the ability to add categories on the fly, as well as customize more parameters in general. My expense reporting isn't a chore when I use Certify
What do you like best? I like the way the Certify software looks. The features are easy to use. I didn't need to read through lots of instructions to be able to use it properly and in short time. I can add copies of receipts and submit my expense reports electronically instead of handing them into our accounting department in person. What do you like best? This software has numerous advantages and facilities in travel management, and expense payment activities. Very user friendly
What do you like best? Certify's auto-fill feature works with all types of pictures taken of the receipt, good or bad. What do you dislike? When you input your expenses on the app, you cannot type in the vendors, you have to scroll through the list till you find what you are looking for. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Certify makes my job a lot easier because it works fast and is very user friendly.

Very easy to navigate
What do you like best? The simplicity of navigating through the app is phenomenal. What do you dislike? Sometimes uploading receipts may not save so I wouldn't discard any physical receipts until I submit expense reports. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The efficiency of getting reimbursed for business expenses.
