Great Expense Reporting System
What do you like best? Certify is relatively new compared to the likes of Concur but that has not stopped them from developing a great system. They may not have all of the features that Concur currently does but it is very apparent that they are putting development into the system to be the best. The platform meeds all standard needs PLUS has some great additions. Implementation was easy.
What do you like best? The approval hierarchy workflow and correlating features. What do you dislike? The inability to easily reassign pending expense reports. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? 1. Eliminated the need for Accounting to be the single source approver. 2. Easy automation of creating and expense workflow. 3. Predefined locations for mileage requests.

Certify Expense Module Implementation
What do you like best? Customer support. Assistance with implementation. the solution. What do you dislike? It doesn't come with test environment, we need to pay separately. Customizations take little longer. Recommendations to others considering the product: No concerns What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? Our organization now has visibility into spending that was previously lost in paper. Our AP team can focus on other important projects with the efficiencies they have achieved. Excellent Program!
What do you like best? Easy to use, love that I can scan my receipts in with my mobile phone. After my receipts are scanned in I can use the autofill option which saves valuable time. Moving my expenses from my wallet to an expense report is so simple, I no longer dread the end of the month procedures. Very easy to use
What do you like best? The mobile app makes it really easy to submit receipts. Having everyone use the same software to submit expense reports has been so much better than them submitting them the old fashioned paper way.
