Very easy implementation with great tools and Best in Class functionality.
What do you like best? The ability to use the mobile application to capture and link receipts to an expense report. The Sunshine Law functionality provided exceeded our expectations with an integrated and easy to use interface. Expense reports made easy!!
What do you like best? I love the ability of uploading receipts using the mobile app. Certify makes enter, approving, and processing expense simple easy and fast. What do you dislike? I dislike the upload process from certify to GP. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Certify has managed to save our company time and money by allowing us to process and manage expenses in a more efficient matter.

What do you like best? Certify is a great tool for any user.. my favorite thing about Certify Expense is the user friendliness. What do you dislike? sometimes the auto- populate field from my receipts doesn't want to work after I fold my receipts. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? makes expensing so much easier and faster

Easy to Use
What do you like best? Mobile app is very easy to use to immediately scan receipts and build an expense report. The web interface is very intuitive and easy to build expense reports. Couldn't be more pleased!
What do you like best? The program is extremely "user friendly" even to those who are not completely comfortable with technology. What do you dislike? We sometimes seek the ability to be able to make specific reports that aren't listed on the site. That's our only downfall. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Better grasp on controlling expense spending. It's a lot easier to notice and take control of obvious spending trends.

What do you like best? Certify is simple to use and their customer support is responsive and available to all users. What do you dislike? Good choice with some rough edges.
What do you like best? Easy to process receipts in batch once they are loaded up. What do you dislike? Condensed views don't give enough relevant data when processing receipts. Have to use hacks like putting dollar amounts into description fields. iPhone app has improved dramatically, but still crashes on occasion when photographing / uploading receipts. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Expense reimbursement and management.
