Great Customer Service

What do you like best? Customer service at Certify is great. They always follow up with us to make sure our issue was fully resolved. Our users like the ease of syncing receipts with the mobile app as well as the automatic linking of receipts to expenses. What do you dislike? What do you like best? The convenience of uploading expenses and how quickly I get reimbursed via ACH. What do you dislike? I wish for more customization such as listing the individuals who joined the company business dinners and instead of "Pending Payment", it'll be nice to have "Paid" so everyone will know that they've been reimbursed. Certify has been easy to implement from the back office and even easier to use.

What do you like best? The site navigation makes it simple for first time users. Most people are able to log on to Certify and walk themselves through it. What do you dislike? Error messages before linking AMEX cards to a user account. If there was a way to update on the front-end of setup, it might be easier. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are able to process expense reports quicker and finalize month-end earlier.

Great efficient service!

What do you like best? How easy it is to grasp. Immediately upon signing in you can figure out what needs to be done. What do you dislike? Almost too simple, like you are missing something. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Solving 250+ people from having to do manual expense reports. Realized that many mistakes in the past were made, and it allowed us to have less duplicate receipts.

What do you like best? Certify and our P-Card bank processor worked together to sync swiped transactions to each Certify user account What do you dislike? None. Very happy with the product and no issues. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Streamlined expense reporting and enhanced user experience with 'picture shot' feature of capturing receipt.

Certify simplified our expense reporting

What do you like best? The ability to take a picture of your receipt was a game changer for us. What do you dislike? We have not found anything that we dislike about Certify. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The mobile capability has saved all of our employees from needing to save receipts and scan them for filing. The ease of use has saved all of employees time in this administratively challenged process.

I love Certify for cutting out all the unnecessary paperwork.

What do you like best? I love being able to scan my receipts in using my phone. Certify makes getting reimbursed so easy! What do you dislike? I wish I could delete duplicate receipts while I'm inside a report. Sometimes figuring out which receipts I need to itemize can be confusing.
