What do you like best? Certify lets me get rid of the paper receipts, and makes filling out expense reports faster, What do you dislike? The optical recognition could be improved for receipts. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Paperless system, and quick reimbursement.

Easy, functional way to manage expense reports

What do you like best? The automatic populating of expenses and using the mobile app to upload receipts. What do you dislike? The only problem I have is when the auto-categorization gives me a category that I have to change. Does not happen too often. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Time it takes to gather receipts and expenses to put together the expense report.

Certify simplifies expense reporting.

What do you like best? It is simple to create an expense report in Certify using the imported credit card transactions matched to the uploaded receipts. The review process makes it easy to ask questions and get clarifications on expenses that have been submitted. Truly intuitive software with an extremely user friendly interface.

What do you like best? Prior to the implementation of Certify our expense reporting system's main flaw was the lack of visibility of where the reports were in the process. Certify has completely eliminated that problem and not only can Accounting see who we have to ping to approve reports in their queue, but now submitters also have visibility and can possibly hurry along the process because they are more in control. What do you like best? Report Executive has greatly reduced the number of late expenses that are considered taxable after 60 days.
