What do you like best about CertifID? It doesn't take a long time to enter the data. It's pretty user friendly. What do you dislike about CertifID? I'm not sure why they added the underwriter section to the questions we need to complete. What problems is CertifID solving and how is that benefiting you? We use it to verify wire instructions or send our wire instructions.

What do you like best about CertifID? Its quick and easy to use. the peace of mind from hackers is worth it. What do you like best about CertifID? I use Certid because it uses customer cell numbers and emails that can be verified. Customers get the text messages quickly. What do you dislike about CertifID? Customers that are not up to date with cell phone usage sometimes find it difficult to retrieve the information that has been sent. What problems is CertifID solving and how is that benefiting you? Security issues with sending wire instructions have been improved.

What do you like best about CertifID? I was at a total loss for my first two transactions. Then I watched the video, and it all made sense. My third transaction went so smoothly that I thought I missed something! It was so easy for the customer and myself! What do you dislike about CertifID? I am unsure as to how to explain it to the customer. What problems is CertifID solving and how is that benefiting you? Each transaction gets easier.
