"Software is simple yet effective!"

What do you like best about CertifID? I like that I get emails notifying me when instructions were received. That way I don't have to constantly check my account. This is the first program I have used like this and I don't plan on switching any time soon. What do you dislike about CertifID? I don't have a dislike. Everything works. Certifid is great for the ones that people can verify successfully but not so great for the people that cannot identify their identity even after answering all the questions correctly. "Certifid is extremely user friendly for both my company and my customers."

What do you like best about CertifID? Certified is extremely easy to use. Once I gather my client's information, it's a quick process to send instructions. What do you dislike about CertifID? Some clients dislike having to "jump through hoops" to receive their proceeds. Once we educate them on why it's important, they are usually ok. "Overall easy to use"

What do you like best about CertifID? simple to put in the request. Convenient that the approval comes directly to the file, no additional email is needed. What do you dislike about CertifID? When there is an error - and the approval does not drop in the file. Not a big deal just an extra step to log in to the portal. The issue was fixed quickly- so great customer response. What do you like best about CertifID? It is very easy to use. It is great for the business that I work for because there are fraudsters out there and it is secure. What do you dislike about CertifID? "I appreciate the security and simpleness."

What do you like best about CertifID? It is helpful that we are able to ask customers for their information without it feeling awkward..
