What do you like best about CertifID? Immediate results to know if we can wire to clients. Other programs we have used have had so many snags and denials, this one is so user friendly for all parties What do you dislike about CertifID? What do you like best about CertifID? I like how the prompt is very simple and easy to fill out, and it makes our office feel comfortable in knowing the information is being obtained securely. What do you dislike about CertifID? I wish it was more widely used, but that comes with time! What problems is CertifID solving and how is that benefiting you? Wire fraud, benefits us so we can feel more comfortable in wiring funds to clients.

What do you like best about CertifID? Simple to send a link to the party providing their wire instructions. Receipt through our software platform is easy. What do you dislike about CertifID? I dislike that we are charged $10 for sending the link when the client decides not to use the service. What problems is CertifID solving and how is that benefiting you? Need to receive wire instructions securely and safely. Gives peace of mind to our clients.

What do you like best about CertifID? Ease of sending out requests to our clientele. What do you dislike about CertifID? Not intelligent enough to handle LLCs or Trusts, the troubleshooting for a client comes back to us, people unequipped to troubleshoot technical problems, the lack of address verification in the Wire confirmation for a seller. "Software is simple yet effective!"

What do you like best about CertifID? I like that I get emails notifying me when instructions were received. That way I don't have to constantly check my account. This is the first program I have used like this and I don't plan on switching any time soon. What do you dislike about CertifID? I don't have a dislike. Everything works. My one qualm is every once in a while the server seems to be down. This hasn't caused any immediate issues but if this happens more often it could. What problems ...
