Excellent Customer Service

What do you like best? More or less, software platforms are very similar. What distinguishes Certent from other providers is the exceptional customer service. Even though we opted for the self-service module, the level of customer support is as if we had a fully outsourced program. Terrific Customer Service and overall Experience

What do you like best? I notice very well, that all Certent employees work and act as one conclusive team. This makes the experience for the clients great, especially when some plans and activities can be extremely complicated. This team spirit feeds to the client and makes our work far easier. Certent has been a game changer for us.

What do you like best? Certent has allowed us to move away from Excel spreadsheets and manual calculations. It saves time and gives us more reliable data. What do you dislike? There are many aspects are Certent that we do not utilize because we have been unaware of the capabilities. I wish we had known about these tools sooner. What do you like best? As an stock accountant, the reporting capabilities are quick and easy to use. Lot's of reporting options. What do you dislike? Due to the nature of our business, sometimes there will be manual manipulation of excel data. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
