What do you like best? I like that I can find my vested and un-vested shares at the market price and I can compare with original price in the same time. What do you dislike? It is another site that I have to remember a password and keep in order to keep track of my additional compensation. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Great stock compensation software

What do you like best? The software is very easy to use. I like that it was developed by CPAs. What do you dislike? Haven't found anything significant that I don't like. Recommendations to others considering the product: This software is very good. Great value compared to to other solutions. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? This makes it easy to track stock compensation expense.

Certent saves us a large amount of time, after being implemented, but was a long implementation.

What do you like best? It is nice to have the ability to run several different reports and eliminate manual work we were doing in-house before Certent. What do you dislike? There seem to be many other reports and uses of the software available to us that we never knew existed. It is frustrating to have to find out these gaps as we go along in our reporting, and then bring the issue to Certent's attention by asking questions. Easy-to-use Solution for Equity Management & Reporting

What do you like best? The software/service is very intuitive and easy to use and the report format options are helpful. What do you dislike? Often times I need stock-based compensation reports by person, which I don't think exists. Only equity ID, which you then have to do a vlookup to a separate report of grants by person with grant ID listed. It would save time to have grants by person with the person's name on the same report. What problems are you solving with the product? ...
