Reliable Equity Management Platform

What do you like best? The reports in Certent are very helpful. The reporting tool enables us to save favorites for each quarter-end, and also makes it very easy to look up a variety of equity information in just a few minutes. What do you like best? The thing I like about Certent is the user interface is really easy to use. We looked at comparable systems by all the big names, and Certent was just the simplest to implement and use. What do you dislike? One downside is that the system only allows you to automate one kind of grant in terms of acceptance of the form. What do you like best? What I like best about the software is its ability to handle a number of award types, from stock options to RSA/RSU's to PSU's.
