What do you like best? I loved the easiness of the platform, the availability of reports and how accurate it is. What do you dislike? The difficulty of importing exhibitors profiles to the platform. What do you like best? I love all of the customizations that can be made, as well as all of the features that are offered. What do you dislike? I hope they fix the issue with creating a poll. It becomes a bit of a three-step process and I feel as though that can be simplified. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? No issues.

Lots of options, but very manual

What do you like best? The Certain platform has more options for customization than I've ever seen. It is great to be able to make it fit to the unique events we do. What do you dislike? The only issue is that the system isn't super intuitive and it takes a lot of manual work to make updates. HTML knowledge is definitely required to manage, even on an individual event level. What do you like best? How easy it is to use the mobile app on any device. The desk top version is a welcome relief to make things easier for spreadsheets. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Certain software is very robust and functional. We have learned many different ways to make it sing and present our clients with websites and registration sites to meet their (sometimes very challenging) needs. I appreciate the ease with which we can access the HTML and CSS code to create displays and registration forms that are (now) responsive. Too complicated for the average user

What do you like best? From a daily user perspective, the tool was flexible enough to do just about anything you want it to, if you have enough experience using the tool, time and technical knowledge. The setup could be time consuming but if you put in the effort, you could really customize. Its a marketers dream for reporting and email customization, again if you can figure out how to setup it.
