Absolutely Wonderful!
What do you like best? The customer support. It is great to have someone always there for you when you run into a problem. What do you dislike? The price of adding on modules. Adding resources that would be helpful would make a huge impact on helping people. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? On boarding, having the support.

Dayforce Customer for less than a year
What do you like best? I love the self service capabilities for our employees. I also love the recruitment module! What do you dislike? I dislike how many bugs we've experienced through the process. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Employee self service. On the go TAFW requests are amazing. We are recruiting at 200% more than what we did prior to Dayforce.

What do you like best? I find Dayforce very easy to navigate because it has a simplified interface design. This makes the system easy to use from an admin perspective, but has also been helpful with end user acceptance across the organization. What do you like best? Our Ceridian reps have been incredibly attentive to our business needs. They have understood what we want to accomplish and have been able to answer every question we've thrown at them thus far. What do you dislike? Easy to Navigate
What do you like best? There is a lot of information provided for users that normally isn't or can only be accessed of they were actually at work. Most everything is in one place instead of having to use multiple websites. What do you dislike? Nothing so far. Haven't run into any issues. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Makes managing my work schedule and benefits much easier than I was able to in the past with other companies.

What do you like best? The CU is easy to understand and support is very helpful. What do you dislike? Takes to long to get new features. Somethings problems can take a long time to resolve.
