What do you like best? Dayforce is very smart. Local tax is a plus, WFM and HCM works together flawlessly What do you dislike? More time of how your organization set up will impact the flow of the system would be very helpful. Best sessions of the last 3 years!

What do you like best? Integration of modules across HR functions. What do you dislike? Workflows that do not recognize future dated supervisors. When an internal hire occurs where a supervisor changes, the workflow routes to the current supervisor for approval rather than to the hiring manager. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Multiple entry is eliminated. More employee ownership of their profile data.

Dayforce Time Keeping

What do you like best? Allows supervisors to track labor expenses when planning their work shifts and schedules What do you dislike? At the moment, there is nothing to say I dislike. We are new to Dayforce timekeeping. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We currently use Dayforce for Timesheets and scheduling. Dayforce provides real-time labor cost to employees' schedules.

What do you like best? The customer service has always been so helpful. The system is simple and easy to use, but also very configurable. What do you dislike? I wish there was an option to proxy as other employees to better troubleshoot issues. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? The recruiting module has helped optimize my time processing applicants as well as being able to run reports for our metrics! What do you dislike? We are unable to limit the applications that a manager can view. We don’t want them to be able to see a “new” status applicant but we are unable to limit that.
