I love Ceridian Dayforce for Payroll!!!

What do you like best? The payroll processing is a breeze. Easy to balance and validate and does continuous calculation making processing go very quickly. What do you dislike? The reporting module was their weakest link until very recently. It is much improved with the latest release and I can run/create reports for anything I need. What do you like best? The most help piece of Dayforce is the continuous calculation. What do you dislike? We have a few challenges because we are a government employer. Recommendations to others considering the product: Dayforce can be implemented relatively quickly. Make sure you ask a lot of questions. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I feel confident on a pay period by pay period basis that out payrolls are accurate. ...

Productive and Informative

What do you like best? I loved the keynote speakers. Very motivating. I also appreciate the variety of topics of the break out session. What do you dislike? I felt that the general opening on Wednesday morning was an overkill of all the Ceridian clients speaking about their partnership with Ceridian. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Not any problems, but I have realized that the Performance module will assist us greatly.

We just implemented it this year. It has been somewhat of a struggle

What do you like best? Ceridian offer a strong payroll and benefit platform. Performance management us easy to use. What do you dislike? Recruiting is growing but not at the pace my team needs today. What do you like best? As a new user of Ceridian, I like how the tool has been created for HR and Payroll and that it is not by any means an accounting business platform. We recently implemented ‘Recruiting’, this has removed the endless amounts of paper and has pushed accountability to department leads. What do you dislike? What do you like best? We are a multi-national company with employees in both Canada and the US. The system works seamlessly for both US and Canada. The best part about Dayforce is the fully integrated system. I have used a number of "fully integrated" systems in the past that weren't actually integrated at all.
