What do you like best? I like that it uses Face ID to log me in. It shows how many hours I’ve worked and how many I’m scheduled. What do you dislike? Nothing really. Dayforce is great!

What do you like best? I love how easy it is to view your work schedule and release it so that someone else could pick it up. Also it is easy to request time off or change your availability, and to clock in for work. The best part is that the app is free! What do you dislike? I dislike how the app logs you out after a little bit. It would be great if it kept me signed in or had the option to remember my password so I could log in faster. Ceridian is a good and easy to use software

What do you like best? I like that there is an app and desktop version. What do you dislike? I don’t like that you can only see your schedule on the desktop version and the office schedule only on the app. I also don’t like that I have to use the desktop version to see my timesheet. Mediocre at best

What do you like best? I like the system better than our previous one (adp), and it has a better user interface What do you dislike? It is very cumbersome and performing simple actions like requesting time off takes forever. Our benefits never worked. Implementation was a nightmare. Support was non existent. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are able to do more with this program than we did with ADP

Dayforce is an easy way for employees to handle their own information.

What do you like best? Employees are able to keep track of their own hours, switch shifts with co-workers, and update their information on the website or on the app. What do you dislike? Vacation time is not always up to date, but that’s dependent on the company and how they have it set up. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It’s less stress for the manager as each employee is now responsible for their own information.

The Dayforce product is great

What do you like best? The one employee record aspect makes Dayforce a market leader in HCM platforms. The core products of payroll, HR and benefits work very well. Nice Time Keeping System

What do you like best? The ability to copy and paste the entries from one date to another. What do you dislike? During the approximate one month of time I have used it, I have not experienced anything that I dislike. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Keeping records of time worked, lunch breaks, vacation and sick time as well as retaining running balances of those time records.

Dayforce user for 3+ years. Good expertise with reports, forms and workflows.

What do you like best? The ability to create custom reports is a good feature. The ability to create custom forms using additional employee properties is awesome. There are certain employee properties like cellphone allowance that we track. Building custom fields is difficult in many other systems, but not in Dayforce. Easy-to-use and clean interface

What do you like best? The calendar view is helpful. You’re also able to add comments to a time-off request. There are many options to choose from: Sick, Personal, Vacation, etc depending on your company’s structure for time-off. If you’re off during a bank holiday, it won’t subtract hours from your vacation time for that holiday. You can also access pay statements and health benefits easily.
