Easy to Use

What do you like best? Requesting time off, easy to navigate, seeing vacation/sick hour balances. What do you dislike? It rounds the minute up/down instead of using the actual time displayed. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? More accurate time keeping system. Not requesting time off through a paper form. Showing up-to-date hours worked.

Very Organized and User Friendly

What do you like best? Overall, the user-friendly interface makes it easy to schedule time off or adjust any schedule. Additionally, the software is iPhone compatible. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Ceridian is easy for the end users. It is very intuitive and we have increased ourusage of self-service. I also like the sandbox that replicates our production environment. This makes testing and trouble-shooting easier. What do you dislike? I think that Ceridian can do a little work on their reporting tool for report writers. What do you like best? Employees have the ability to see their pay, timesheet and HR-related forms in real time without having to log into multiple sites.
