Comprehensive, all-in-one, cloud-based... everything you need in one system!
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? All-in-one system, cloud-based... we used to be 90% paper-based and once we moved to Dayforce HCM for our HRIS, payroll, Scheduling and recruiting needs we are less than 10% paper-based.

Dayforce is user-friendly in employee management especially when it comes to staff hiring and termination.
PROS: Being an administrator for quite some time, I give this app a perfect score. Whether it's from payroll to recruitment to time management, navigating easily between one function to another is what I favor the most. It doesn't take me long to answer concerns/needs when an employee is having issues with their earnings or checking hours.

An awesome application for HR and payroll.
PROS: This application is highly efficienet and easy to operate. Depending on the your company's set-up, you can seamlessly input your time either weekly or daily. It does a good job in keeping track of your PTO amount. It's simple enough to move back, sift through paychecks, and hand out requests for time off.

A review of Dayforce
PROS: Navigating around the system has been nothing but excellent. Available views for viewing your day at one glance is considered a big help since they let you decide between visualizing and perceptualizing.

Ceridian has high standars and great quality.
PROS: We used a lot of paper which would get lost on desks a lot of times. With Ceridian Dayforce we now have everything electronic and no lost papers.

A hassle-free solution
PROS: I like how it functions as a standalone cloud-based app and how data can be seen in real-time. There's no longer a need for importing or exporting data. A test environment is available for testing out new policies, deduction codes, and a host of others.

Dayforce is a very user-friendly app!
PROS: Its modern UI makes everyting simple to browse and navigate. There are plenty of pathways that get you where you really want to go. Customizations are simple, making it very convenient to only see modules you utilize regularly.
