Fun, easy, customizable
What do you like best? I like the ease of use of the platform. The customer service team I work with is amazing. They always bring new and fresh ideas to me. They make my job easy and they make me look good! What do you dislike? The reports, although plentiful, can be cumbersome. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Training, reinforcement of job skills. Reaching a large audience with little time commitment on my behalf.
