What do you like best? The team is incredibly supportive. Once they explain some of the activities it is a flawless experience and very intuitive platform to use. What do you dislike? Due to a time change between their head office in Israel and the east coast of North America there is some delay in responses. However their team in the United States makes up for it fairly quick. What do you like best? The opportunity for teams to learn about our new process and tools while playing a game which is enjoyable. What do you dislike? The analytics are difficult to manuever through to find exactly what you want. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
