What do you like best? I like the fact it can be customized as per the organization needs. Any changes one needs can be done to best fit us . Sometimes the changes are quick , sometimes it takes a little longer depending what changes we are looking for . What do you dislike? Sometimes it gets tough to search candidates on Ceipal based on the boolean search . The boolean search can give all sorts of mixed results and then we might have to again refine it .
