Ceipal is one of the best search tool for the right candidates in the mean time
What do you like best? For me CEIPAL is user friendly and more over everything is systematic and automated. while submitting a candidate it wont take much time we can submit a candidate with in a minutes What do you dislike? In mail merge we can only send emails to the internal database candidates not that profiles who picks resumes from career builder and monster. Excellent Platform easy to access and navigate
What do you like best? Excellent User Interphase very user friendly use to navigate required information from the data base. The assigned channel as per employee designation has been design in a very effective manner. And its one the best platform for generating or view reports just takes franction of seconds to download the required reports. What do you dislike? Ocassionaly the system hangs. Never had an issue with the support team of Ceipal, very helpful
What do you like best? Training and follow is excellent. never had to wait long for an answer from Ceipal. What do you dislike? Nothing to comment on this, i never had an issue. Team management has become very easy. evaluation of every individuals work is on tip of the fingers.

Its user friendly
What do you like best? We can easily find the talent in one portal. What do you dislike? Some times it will slow because of down time. Its great to have multiple job boards under one software with loads of useful things.
What do you like best? Integrated search with multiple job boards and mail merge to send multiple mail at one go. What do you dislike? Bit of improvement in filtering the candidates in few of job board like as work authorisation in monster. And there are multiple profile of single person. Custom ATS that's definitely worth it
What do you like best? I've used a lot of ATS and TalenHire is as useful and flexible as any. We can have features added and enhanced with a phone call or email. Their search functions are simple to use and accurate, and the multiple ways to add new candidates gets better every day. What do you dislike? Like any new ATS, there is some new terminology to get used to. But once you know what CEIPAL calls something, it's like learning a new dialect of a familiar language, not learning ...

The best ATS. ever used.
What do you like best? we can do integrated search, mail merge, send bulk SMS, add notes, send hotlist, post jobs, etc. Ceipal is simpler than other ATS in market, I have used Job Diva, but using Ceipal is simpler than that.
