Cayzu can manage the resolution of tickets without problems
What do you like best? Cayzu has all the technical assistance tools we need. I think it is a great idea to import clients, which allows me to integrate old communication channels with this new application. It also has a great ticket tracking system, which you can search for even those solved in previous years. What do you dislike? Help center implementation can be confusing.
