What do you like best about CATS? I have been in recruiting for 22 years. My first ATS was an Excel Spreadsheet. CATs allows you to fits your personal preferences in a very robust system that takes you through Account Management, Job Order Tracking, Candidate Pipeline, Interviews, Starts, and Revenue. You do get everything you need plus it integrates with all social media and digital calendars.

What do you like best about CATS? I've used other systems and what I personally like about CATS is it's not overly complex. It's fairly intuitive and there's not a lot of extraneous features to make it more complex than it needs to be.
